Nimbus Cricket is committed to ensuring the highest quality of craftsmanship in our bats. We provide a 6-month warranty on all our cricket bats, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Coverage

This warranty covers cracks in the bat from the center that occur during normal use (not intentional damage).

If the handle cracks within six months, it will be repaired under the warranty.

2. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover misuse or intentional damage.

3. Proof of Purchase

Customers must provide a valid invoice or receipt to claim the warranty.

4. Warranty Claim Process

Customers are required to send the bat back to Nimbus Cricket for inspection.

Upon approval:

Handle cracks will be repaired.

Cracks from the center of the bat will be replaced.

 

5. Geography

This warranty is valid only in India.

6. Other Terms

Shipping charges for sending the bat for warranty claims will be borne by the customer.

Nimbus Cricket will ensure prompt handling of inspection, repair, or replacement
